Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed via holy-drip.shop. The seller and your contract partner is:

2. Products
All products are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced individually by our production partners after your order. Product images are representations; slight deviations in colour and print placement may occur due to screen settings and the production process. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our shop is not a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email. You can review and correct your entries before submitting the order. The contract languages are English and German.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Production and delivery times as well as shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. If items are produced by different partners, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, including our voluntary 30-day return policy, can be found in our Refund Policy.

7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info.holydrip@gmail.com, ideally with a photo.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
