Returns within 30 days
We offer a 30-day return policy: you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods. To exercise this right, please send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) to info.holydrip@gmail.com. Our 30-day return policy extends this period and does not limit your statutory rights.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it. Please include your order number with your request.
How to return an item
- Contact us at info.holydrip@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with instructions and a return shipping label.
- Send the item(s) to: Holy Drip, Waitzstraße 13, 24937 Flensburg, Germany.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, so we can make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, using your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days until the money appears in your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item and place a new order.
